#StayAtHome & discover the queer culture! In view of the difficult times in which we have to limit social contact, our free time is restricted to our four walls! That’s why we want to show you tips for articles, portraits, interviews or documentaries in the coming days and weeks! Here you can find a list of all the recent posts!

The Schwules Museum Berlin*, founded in 1985, is an institution in Germany when it comes to the queer past of Germany. As one of the oldest LGBTIQ+ museums worldwide, it also houses the world’s largest archive on queer history. In 2008 a reorientation took place, so that besides male homosexuality other orientations and gender identities are also subject of the collection and research work. This is now expressed in the asterisk (*) of the name „Schwules Museum Berlin*“.

Since the Schwules Museum is also currently closed due to the Covid 19 pandemic, Justus Heitzelmann and Peter Rehberg will take you on a virtual tour of the museum and archive on Facebook.
